Unfair treatment

I resigned from Bike Market a couple of months ago due to unfair labour practices, conditions and treatment. They have an enormous staff turnover. Staff members resign on a monthly basis. I experienced first hand the verbal abuse, intimidation, victimisation and plain bullying by the owner, Alex Bramley and some of his “managers”. These “managers” are not even qualified for the position. Between Mr Bramley and his managers they do not practice fair labour policies and procedures. In fact there are no employment contracts and he employs young adults whom he can bribe with a good salary and then intimidate and bully them. Please can the Department of labour investigate this. Thank you
