KDCD - (Owned by Ms Smith I was told) Ordered my bedlinen - I got a message via sms that my order been posted on the 3rd September. I queried and got a reply to my query and was told that because of the misunderstanding I could choose gifts to compensate to the problems??? 1 month later I phoned to ask where my parcel is. That's when the drama started like I was at fault???? I spoke to Ms Venter. Ms Venter told me the parcel would go out on Monday. She knew nothing of the "gifts" but seemed to be happy to give me to bottom sheets. Makes you wonder. I was asked for my order no. I asked KDCD, Ms Venter, to look this up as my last correspondence advising my order had been mailed on the 3rd September, had no reference. I unfortunately was on my mobile and had reference of my order number on my computer. I was basically told it was impossible to be advised they had posted my order with having an order no attached.... Frustrated beyond words, and getting no answer, did not help to calm down the situation. Tuesday - my parcel would go out via Courier Guy Lets get to today 6th October. I have been blocked from their facebook site as I made comment that my parcel had never reached me. Phone again to ask for my tracking no. First Patricia answers the phone. Sisenda (excuse spelling if incorrect) answers as the last call was "dropped" but they never return a call. Has happened over and over. Sisenda then says she will go and look at the parcels and find my tracking number. Sisenda never returns. After plus 5 minutes I put down the phone and call again. Patricia now answers and says Sisenda is in a meeting!!!! Seriously????? I have not heard from anybody yet again - will have to phone again and lead down the garden path. I gave them the option to refund me if they cannot fulfil the order. No decision from them on this .
