I lost money with them. I contributed for 2 years and only got one service. The last call from them looks like ************ for me to shut up my mouth. When I said that I would contact the ombudsman, the lady on the other side of the phone said I can go ahead. I have been really unfairly treated.
After my complaint, they acknowledge reception. They promised to do an investigation. They said later that they tried to contact me without success. Then I received an email saying that I should submit supporting documents ( which ones) and failure to do so, the case will be closed!!! I just give up. The interaction with this company has been one of energy draining. You fight to get the service you have been paying for. 2 years of contributions, only one service received. Think twice before signing a contract with them. There are better companies. With United motors in Secunda, they phone you to remind you that your service is due and help to schedule your appointment.
I wish I was warned. It is either you are too early or too late for the service. I even wonder what I was paying for!!! ****** disguised as well-wishers. Payed for 24 months, only got one service. When I phoned this year, they told me that the service has reached its end last year. Yet they continued to collect money till this October 2025. They said I should have called to cancel.
It was my first time to submit a claim. The consultant was very helpful. I was not ready with all details, she had to wait for me to search for the informations needed.
Overall experience is very good. That is why I am with first for woman for about 8 years. But I logged in my account and couldn't change the residential address for one of my cars. I wrote a letter but haven't received any feedback.
