Extremely poor service, i have been struggling with vodacom for over 2 months now with a deal they sold me that was not the deal we agreed upon. They then contacted me and after some time we came to an agreement that they would cancel and collect my Product. One day after they said this they sent the courier company and i was told it takes 3 to 5 days to process this we are already in the 7th of the next month and nothing has been cancelled from the 19th of the previous month. They have already debited me for a product and service i dont have anymore. When i call customer service it has not been updated on there side as they keep referring back to my initial complaint saying that is still under investigation yet they already collected my stuff with no recollection from there side that it was collected. Now im at a back and forth with customer service and a new person to speak to every day but im not getting feed back getting tired of following up with vodacom on something they need to sort out on there end.
Good day, i had a Fibre network with vodacom for a few years no problems or hassles, I recently moved and the place im staying at now does not accommodate fibre. I then made a call and took LTE and specifically asked that is there a limit to the data, the reply was yes 400 Gig the. I proceeded to ask if that 400 runs out does my network slow down or does my internet completely stop, this question was asked more than one in different ways in order to ensure we both understand each other the response was yes you would still have internet it would just be slower. I then went on to sign up a contract only to find that when the data is finished I would need to buy more. Frustratingly I contacted Vodacom to my attention every person i come into contact with has a different story my case is logged then i dont get feed back vodacom is passing the blame to a 3rd party company that they chose to handle there sales again quick to take the money but no support i am still awaiting the 3rd party that vodacom chose to contact me
Very helpful staff and great communication better than what i recieved at other dealers Rorich and his team make every effort to assist there customers will definitely be back.
