Metrofibre is the worst,Since 1 February there wife has no service today is the 5 February still there is no wifi and i have to work.
Their macaroni were broken and when i cook them they brake into pieces
My father passed away in January and had annuity in my mother name in old mutual i went with my mother to centurion mall old mutual to claim that money in may and my mother was made to fill form and the forms were submitted at the branch and we were told that the money will be paid after 10 days ,it has been 6 months now we have not hear anything from old mutual ,we dont know what is missing they did not even call my mother if there is something that they need ,Their service is bad,I called old mutual on the 5 october to check what is missing the dont know why it is not paid and they just said to me that this claim has been escalated to supervisor and my question is how can claim be escalated to supervisor for 6 months and no communication with my mother ,before you get old mutual policy you must think twice
