We haven't had lights since the 17th of October. I have been calling Eskom Call Centre every day since. We now have 3 reference no's and still no one has come to reconnect us. This morning I got an SMS confirming a field staff restored our power and closed our ticket and yet no one even showed up. This is the 2nd time tickets are closed, with no reconnection. Please can you help us escalate to the relevant person that can assist us get reconnected?
I’m beginning to wonder if I have been scammed. I ordered a lamp in Aug, a few weeks later , I followed up on email to get an expected delivery date. I didn’t get feedback I called in Sept , I was told they are in the process of changing warehouses hence the delay, they asked that I send my details WhatsApp, 3 weeks later im still waiting for feedback
