I ordered and paid for a Free Standing floorlamp in September 2021 for delivery end of October 2021. They could not deliver and promised a refund. Daily promises , but nothing yet. Apparently the business cant refund because of cash flow problems. PLEASE do not buy anything from Meemoo online.

I’m beginning to wonder if I have been scammed. I ordered a lamp in Aug, a few weeks later , I followed up on email to get an expected delivery date. I didn’t get feedback I called in Sept , I was told they are in the process of changing warehouses hence the delay, they asked that I send my details WhatsApp, 3 weeks later im still waiting for feedback

Beware of this company. On the 28th July I paced an order online with Meemoo for two floor lamps. After two months I have had no success in speaking personally with anyone telephonically. Only WhatsApp message are sent from their supposed receptionist. The directors do not respond to emails and they have instructed the receptionist not to share their contact details. An email was sent to one of the directors who has not responded after a month. I subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. This is also not been transpired. Looking at the rest of the posts regarding this company on Hellopeter I am now wondering if this is a legitimate company.

Meemoo has shocking business ethics. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order of substantial value on the 23rd June - cancelled shortly afterwards. Director Mark Friedman confirmed cancellation of order and agreed to refund, but to date I have not received my refund. I have made countless phone calls to both Mark Friedman and Joey Friedman but still waiting for payment. They did not even bother to offer a replacement product or voucher. Mark has made many promises while Joey has since blocked my phone number - a clear indication that they have no intention to pay my money back. This is disgusting business ethics and they both clearly have no conscience.

Do not buy from this store. On the 23rd of July 2021, I purchased a floor lamp, the following day I sent them a mail to cancel the order and refund the funds to my account. The lady who answers the phone, answers it under another business name. The emails went unanswered too.

I ordered the Lambok Longer on the 6th of January 2021. It is now no longer a product they even stock, and there was no communication around this. Still no delivery, no feedback. And my request for refund has been met with no follow through for over a month. I have paid and waited for a product that no longer exists for over 6 months and am somehow left feeling robbed. This has been the worst interaction I have ever experienced and now need to follow legal routes to get my money back. I have been blocked across their social platforms now for trying to get my money back. As I look through reviews, this is not a singular experience. I purchased chairs on Meemoos website on the 17th March this year. To date, I have still not received the chairs and it is almost 4 months later. Every time I try to contact somebody at Meemoo they keep ducking and diving. I'm completely fed up. It is disgusting that these people have gotten away with stealing my money. if you're reading this, please do not come near this place!!!!
