Beware of this company. On the 28th July I paced an order online with Meemoo for two floor lamps. After two months I have had no success in speaking personally with anyone telephonically. Only WhatsApp message are sent from their supposed receptionist. The directors do not respond to emails and they have instructed the receptionist not to share their contact details. An email was sent to one of the directors who has not responded after a month. I subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. This is also not been transpired. Looking at the rest of the posts regarding this company on Hellopeter I am now wondering if this is a legitimate company.
If you are wishing to decide on what internet provider to choose, I would think twice about VODACOM. In March an application to relocate my existing account to a new address in the same street has still not been activated after 4 months. According to Vodacom's customer care agent they cannot help me as they have not received a response after escalating to the activation department, however they are quite happy to continue taking the month fee. After numerous calls on a daily basis I was first advised that they had no documentation, on further calls I was advised that the application had been cancelled and after 4 months was asked to resubmitted the relocation application form. On my last call this morning I was told that they could not give me an answer as customer service were not getting a response from back office "whatever that may be" to be able to give me an informative answer.
