Fed up with Attorneys

Good day My name is Fazlin Daniels.About 12 years ago i was in a road accident which caused a lot of injuries.I then claimed from the road accident fund with the help from Arendolf Attorneys.After waiting 9 long years for the case to be closed,i got a settlement but was not present at the court.When the case closed i was placed under curatorship with Shalene Schreuder Attorneys to handle things.i use to live in an informal settlement where gang violence occured everyday.and all i wanted was to buy a house in a better environment for my grandparents and I( they raised me all my life). After a long process and a whole lot of arguments with the curators,they bought a house for almost R600 000.but to buy a car was out of the equation.my grandfather passed away last year,now it's just my grandmother and I.we only now discover that the house has many problems which should have been inspected and fixed before them purchasing the house.we only live in the house for 2 and a half years.the geyser is broken and leaking but we have never even used it.the toilet pot is leaking water.the electricity consumption is high but we don't have a lot of electrical appliances.we get 30 units per R100 and it only lasts 3 days but we use a gas stove and have unplugged the freezer and stove.I want to sell the house now and buy a smaller house so that i can buy a car as well since the curators doesn't want to.i am partially disabled but through God's grace and mercy I am able to do everything the Doctors said I would not be able to do.I am only 38 years old and wants to live my life and enjoy it.i am in need of a vehicle.The curators are now blocking me from selling the big house.I can make decisions for myself,i am of sound mind and not a invilid.i need help please.what can i do to be able to make my own decisions.Everything i ask them they decline.u get a small stipend from them.to fix the geyser,my grandmother had to use her pension to pay the plumbers and and still waiting for the money from The curators.i have had problems with them from the beginning.they made me wait a whole year to purchase a house after the claim Paid out.The person that was handling my case rented me a house in Delft for R4000pm for 6 months.only to find out in last year that the Main curator didn't even know about the renting of that house.they gave me a house that is in a poor state.i won't even get the money I paid for it when I sell it because of the condition.please help me.what can i do about this???? Each time I want to make an appointment to go to their offices they refuse.i am capable of making my own decisions.
