What an awesome experience (especially with all the issues I was experiencing with my current fibre provider - lead times to resolve issues 4 days and not even resolved). Applied on a Thursday, line was in on Friday. Modem arrived 2 days later and line was active. I am truly impressed by Level-7 and highly recommend them.
Stay away from this company. Truly regret buying and having a fireplace installed with them. The installation and workmanship on the chimney was very poor. After about 2 months the chimney (insulated part) dropped about 7cm down. They use silicon and aerolite to seal the roof were the chimney exits the roof. Communicated with Deon many times about the issue. He then stopped responding. Issue has not been fixed - doubt it ever will..... judging from other people negative experience with this company.
