I have been absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service from Katy Whitehouse with regards to assisting me with my UIF unemployment claim. She came “highly recommended.” She’s been nothing but unprofessional & useless! I have sent regular messages twice a week to follow up & get information about my claim. I have had one reply in 10 days which was at 01:20 (unprofessional time) & not once I have ever received an apology for her lack of communication or status on my claim. Don’t send her original documents or waste your money on the poor service.
