Scammer Alert
Save your money and stay far away from Katy Whitehouse. She will be very 'nice' until you pay her. Good luck getting any feedback out of her. The only way to get her to sort of respond is to become nasty and threatening. She will then only do a half job. It's actually really easy to do your claim yourself and the information is available free online. I had to do most of my own claim anyway since she was so useless. Shes rude and unhelpful. Please stay far away from her.

Katy Whitehouse is a fraud and disgusting human being
What a disgusting human being! Takes your money, gets you to spend money on posting documents to her in Port Elizabeth, yes she lives somewhere near Hunters Retreat!!!! and then doesn't even process your claim! Never responds and actually just doesn't care about helping people! Can't we report her somewhere?

Horrible woman
Also highly recommended by a colleague once she submitted the hard copies it was done for. She never gets back to you you must always beg her to get your stuff done and to ask her to find out how far the claim is. She should be ashamed of herself taking money from families with the sole purpose of taking their money, not helping them

Katy Whitehouse UIF4me Scam
Katy was highly recommended to me by a colleague however once she received payment and documents couriered to her on multiple occasions at my expense, she refuses to respond to even an email. I paid her in 2020 and to date have not received a status update. She has very poor etiquette when she does respond to emails and behaves as though she is doing you a favour when in fact it is a service we have paid for. She should be investigated since she takes money for a service which she fails to deliver.

Poor unresponsive service
I have been absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service from Katy Whitehouse with regards to assisting me with my UIF unemployment claim. She came “highly recommended.” She’s been nothing but unprofessional & useless! I have sent regular messages twice a week to follow up & get information about my claim. I have had one reply in 10 days which was at 01:20 (unprofessional time) & not once I have ever received an apology for her lack of communication or status on my claim. Don’t send her original documents or waste your money on the poor service.

My office submitted 2 applications to register companies for a UIF ref number. Katy Whitehouse requested payment before she registered these companies. On 3 November 2020 proof of payment was send to her. She doesn't respond to messages or provide feedback on progress of the registration for UIF for these two companies. When my assistant mail her she only give excuses. This is totally unacceptable and I want to be refunded because she deliver the worst service ever and cannot be trusted.

**** Poor Service
Absolutely useless person! not an ounce of professionalism about her. No communication after monies paid. Someone with authority needs to take this further.
