No customer service whatsoever! Don't reply to emails and the call center is basically non existing.
Absolutely useless person! not an ounce of professionalism about her. No communication after monies paid. Someone with authority needs to take this further.
One of my cellphone contracts were coming to an end and I wanted to cancel the contract and move it over to 'pay as you go'. I know from previous experience that you have to give notice for the cancellation so I went to the Northgate MTN (the outside one) to give notice. I was early on the notice and was told that I can only give notice within the month that the contract will expire, which is also a lie since your contract don't really expires it just carries on if you don't give notice. Anyway so I went back in the "expiring" month to give notice only to be told that I have to come on the last day to cancel it in store. I went back on expiring day to cancel it in store only to be told that they cant do it in store I have to phone 808. I phoned 808 only to be told the contract does not exist!!! Which is strange because they still bill me for it and it is still active. After that disappointment I tried my luck on their Social media channels with no success. I am being billed for a contract that I can't seem to cancel. It is impossible to get hold of someone capable of assisting me and sorting this out. If I ever manage to cancel my contracts I will be moving to their competition..
