Save your money and stay far away from Katy Whitehouse. She will be very 'nice' until you pay her. Good luck getting any feedback out of her. The only way to get her to sort of respond is to become nasty and threatening. She will then only do a half job. It's actually really easy to do your claim yourself and the information is available free online. I had to do most of my own claim anyway since she was so useless. Shes rude and unhelpful. Please stay far away from her.
