I order a pink baby swing, what do they send a BLUE one. Now I have to wait for the refund then place the order again then HOPE the right color comes before Christmas. What does the online have to say? Sorry but there's nothing they can do it is a third party. Funny my money went to Makro though. They do not even ATTEMPT to assist. Now it is left to chance if I will receive my item before Christmas due to their error. They are horrible, wish I could go to the stores rather
Juanita assisted me wonderfully. Has great customer service. What would have been a cancellation, she turned into retaining a client whilst at the same time keeping the client happy. I have heard bad things about Platinum life however I definitely don't feel the same
What a fantastic logistics company. Woth overseas parcels they are quick, they keep you in the loop and so efficient. Wish everyone would only use them!
By fat the worst of the worst shipping company GLOBALLY! Fastway, more like Slowway. Firat you cannot contact them, they 'prioritise' WhatsApp support, then they take 2 hours before connecting you to an agent and when you ask a question they don't even bother to respond.
A lovely little shop in Newton Park with something for everyone. From jewelry, to tasty treats, to clothes and even more. I took a chance going in to the shop looking for something specific and they had it! Not only was I pleasantly surprised, but when I actually looked around I was quite impressed with the variety of quality products that they have. The owners were friendly and helpful. It is truly amazing that these owners provide a space for vendors to sell their products, the concept is so wholesome. The store has a good feeling to it and if you are looking for something try Vendors on Cape.
The new Mugg and Bean in Metlife Plaza has the friendliest staff. They were helpful and kind, the store was pristine, honestly made me want to go back on the same day.
I bought sandals at the Baywest branch and in less than a month (worn about 3 times) the soles broke. I was super disappointed as I really liked the shoes. I sent them an email explaining the situation. The following day their support contacted me to say that it has been sent to the relevant department. I expected to wait about a week to hear anything, however only a few hours later they assisted me. Very quick and efficient customer service from their head office/support team.
Thought after I phoned 40 times someone would answer but no. Absolutely terrible service from Pick n Pay Linton Grange. I would rather pay double the price for something at Spar across the road because they will never see me again. All I wanted to know is if they had stock on the Pampers nappies. Would've taken 2 minutes
I loved that their nappies were the cheapest. To my utmost horror I found that the 'wetness indicator' came off on my baby's skin. Each time he had a purple spot on his back and his stomach. Luckily I could exchange one pack that was still closed, but was super disappointing.
The Bepanthen sensiderm cream is phenomenal. It works for everything from rashes to in grown toenails on my toddler. Will never buy anything else!
