Good day Hope you are well. I need advise/assistance. Bayer had a faulty batch on the Yaz Plus contraceptive and I got pregnant from that faulty batch where they switched the active and inactive pills. Can I get any compensation for this? I am 36 years old and was not planning on getting pregnant again at all. Please advise?

No reponse from Bayer Animal Heath regarding Drastic Deadline
I was trying to get in contact with Bayer Animal Health via the number 011 921 5736 and the website www.bayeranimailhealth but no response or answer. I asked for a contact number where I can log a complain about Drastisc Deadline that is full of wax blocking the applicators but no reply

Zam-Buk tin frustrating to use due to poor design
I recently purchased 2x Zam-Buk Chest Rub 7g cans to keep in my car and my pocket. The product itself is fine. The problem is the can is poorly designed. I want to use the product when I require it, however, the can is nearly impossible to use as it is too difficult to open, especially in the cold when hands are stiff. I have to resort to using my multitool pliers to pry the can open, and this takes several minutes. This is a poor design. I went and bought a competitors' product (Dischem branded rub) because I had enough of struggling. Their product comes with a twist lid and I can quickly and discreetly use the product all day. Why ruin a product with poor industrial design. I’m disappointed I wasted my money on this product and had a very poor experience with it. I’ll scoop out the Zam-buk ointment to refill your competitors' better container once their product gets used up.

Seresto Flea and Tick Collar WARNING
There should be an option for no stars. Yesterday I replaced my cat's SERESTO flea and tick collar. Within less than an hour, his hips and back legs were almost lame. He was walking with a typical post-anaesthesia gait. I called the Distributor, they never got back to me after a few tries. I called Bayer, I was looking for an antidote urgently. Eventually reached their Animal Health, eventually reached a person who had not left the company, no clear answer re antidote. Vet said it should wear off by today. No change. Nothing about this possible side effect in the package insert, I found it by googling.

Bonolo from Bayers displays contempt for my wife's medical condition.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I spoke to a certain lady called Bonolo at Bayer who refused to give me her surname despite me volunteering mine. She stated that "the manufacturing plant was being upgraded" and that she could not say when Bayer would have stock. My pharmacist says that this contradicts the information given to him. He has personally now gone to get a script for an alternative treatment from my GP. Bayer is acting in a totally lasissez faire manner and do not have any concern for the products : there is clearly no corporate governance at the company they not answerable to the pharmacies or the consumers who have to use their medication.
