Zam-Buk tin frustrating to use due to poor design

I recently purchased 2x Zam-Buk Chest Rub 7g cans to keep in my car and my pocket. The product itself is fine. The problem is the can is poorly designed. I want to use the product when I require it, however, the can is nearly impossible to use as it is too difficult to open, especially in the cold when hands are stiff. I have to resort to using my multitool pliers to pry the can open, and this takes several minutes. This is a poor design. I went and bought a competitors' product (Dischem branded rub) because I had enough of struggling. Their product comes with a twist lid and I can quickly and discreetly use the product all day. Why ruin a product with poor industrial design.

I’m disappointed I wasted my money on this product and had a very poor experience with it. I’ll scoop out the Zam-buk ointment to refill your competitors' better container once their product gets used up.
