My daughter went for an interview at Magnum Sand & Stone with Ms. "Misty" Love. My daughter Jame' entered the room where she was due to be interviewed. Ms. Love asked her without greeting her and asked her if she was pregnant to which my daughter replied in the affirmative. Love then told her she was not prepared to interview her. This is a Complaint to Hello Peter to warn the Directors that a complaint will be laid with a The SA Human Rights Commission a Complaint with the Equality Court and the CCMA. The directors of this company need to be aware as to what type of Discsiminatio n Ms. Love has perpetrated and be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I have an account that dates back many years a Premium package client. My two decoders are giving me trouble. I called Puleng Kele who apparently works from home I applied for two new top of the range decoders. She said that the waiting time is 48 hours. It is Saturday. I called DSTV today and spoke to me and when I said that I had already applied for she started giving options. She would "escalate it". I then said that I would like to talk to her senior she asked me to hold. 25 minutes of listening to elevator music, and then the call dropped. DSTV/ Multichoice have the monopoly of this industry: if they have manufacturing new decoders come clean with their customers: my account number is 35556263.
Despite numerous complaints and follow-up complaints about the pathetic service received and misconduct by First Help tow truck drivers, no-one from their Management team have called me to investigate their own's staff's failure to investigate............
I was the driver of my wife's vehicle on Friday March 12,2021. The process regarding the First Help "towing service" is the subject-matter of a separate complaint being dealt with by VirSeker. Her policy number is: 888078490/1. Having gone through two long telephone calls to Virseker on Friday March 12,2021 and a follow up conversation on Monday March 15, 2021 I was advised that a person by the name of Elmare would be my next point of contact in the claim process. Unfortunately Elmare apparently took ill this week. Virseker do not have a replacement employee! I need someone senior enough to contact me at 082 889 1993 to tell me why the illness of one staff member brings the entire claims proce to a halt. Is Virseker operating in 2021 in this dilatory manner.
The ladies who I kudos to Lucia and Portia Sibiya of Auto & General. Both ladies were sterling in their empathetic efficient and expeditious service in relation to the a Motor Vehicle Accident on the R59 Gauteng. My rented replacement car was arranged and I could fetch it the following day!
I have paid my full account owed in respect of my wife Petro by EFT. An e-mail was sent to your customer care e-mail. Yesterday I still received a letter of demand indicating its is overdue. Kindly acknowledge receipt of full payment directly to me by e-mail and remove any adverse credit rating with any applicable agency you subscribe to. It is now 25 minutes on your call line and no telephonists are avilable to take the call. You are a "bluecihip". Why can you not offer proper services to your clients?
Since your company refuses to respond to me directly by e-mail or answer my phone calls or desist from sending me harassing sms daily, I am giving me notice of the closure of my account having liquidated my Edgars Account with you ad infinitum. I will be reporting your constant harassing sms should they continue after today. In the event that you have failed to send me responses to my letters, at least have the courtesy to acknowledge liwuidation of my account and the closure of my account.I would give you minus 100 stars if this sytem allowed it.
In error I left my cell phone at the counter for uplifting filled prescriptions.I left my phone and took the ordered medication. Ms. W Zondo a merchandiser of Dischem New Market was walking down the aisle whilst I was standing in the queue to pay. I recognised my screen saver and approached her saying I left my phone at the counter. Ms. Zondo was obliged to hand in the phone at client services. The Dischem staffer asked me to give him my number to confirm that the phone in Ms Zondo's hand was mine. I gladly gave me my number and he phoned it and it duly rang. Thank Thank you Ms. Zondo! I appreciate your honesty!

Today I was called by a salesperson call centre operator wanting to sell some product. I have never given Cell C my details in order for them to contact me in any way. This is formal legal notice to Cell C: I want all my contact details removed their records for any purposes in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act ("POPI"): should I receive any further such calls or approaches from any person by any means orally by w-mail or on social media I shall enforce my rights ito POPI.
