Friendly assisstive and customer-friendly WW employee!
Sandile was so assistive polite and accomodating the afternoon of January 24,2023. He directed me to the stir-fries in a friendly smiling and ran around the store to fetch me a basket! God bless him he is an awesome employee at your Columbine Square Store! Keep up the excellent work Sandile!

Meketsi shines at Vodashop Clearwater Mall
I upgrade all my contracts at Vodashop Clearwater Mall. The staff are efficient, knowledgeable and well-trained. Meketsi assisted me and was transparent in formative gave me advice and shirked in nothing. Vodacom can be proud to have Meketsi who has a natural open and frank but amicable in serving my wife and I last Saturday December 4,2022. I left the store in my element!

Auto & General : Generally a law unto themselves
Despite two requests to deduct policy premium on 15th or 16th of month it is obstinately deducted 2 days before eg. 13th last month. The app crashes my smartphone each time I upload. This company is almost irrelevant to me almost. I have no time wait to call the call centre during business hours since I work. I want them to change deduction from 13th to 16th each month with immediate effect,

Failure to Confirm Closure of Bank Account
I asked that my account be closed on July 4,2022 telephonically with Discovery Bank. I queried the call centre agent regarding the amount I would have to pay to liquidate the amount owed. I payed in the exact amount of ZAR 1 399-50 which Discovery acknowledged in an e-mail dated July 5,2022. Account number 4309380043530183. The lady I spoke to indicated that she would send me a letter within seven (7) days to confirm that the account was paid in full. I queried why it took so long when the bank was so technologically so advanced. I require Discovery Bank to send me an e-mail to janekw@uasa.org.za confirming full payment, withdrawal of any adverse credit reports. This has not transpired 9 days after payment in full.

I am awaiting a parcel which originated from the USP Postal Service number CY256411492US. Your item was processed through a facility in JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL PARCELS, SOUTH AFRICA on May 12, 2022 at 11:37 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination. It is my understanding that the item arrived at O R Tambo less than a month ago. Does it take 8 days to travel from Kempton Park to Florida 8 days? This is bizarre!

Poor Service: refusal by staff to provide names. Inability to report them or the Manager to report either. What is Truworths's policy of staff wearing name badges and concealment of identity of staff who provide poor staff service.

Well Done Netcare Mulbarton Hospital Maternity Ward and All staff!
My daughter Jame-Lee gave birth to our granddaughter on February 10,2022. The hospital staff treated my daughter exceptionally well! The service my surgical staff maternity staff Managment was 10 out of 10! Plse convey my gratitude to all concerned!
