Bonolo from Bayers displays contempt for my wife's medical condition.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I spoke to a certain lady called Bonolo at Bayer who refused to give me her surname despite me volunteering mine. She stated that "the manufacturing plant was being upgraded" and that she could not say when Bayer would have stock. My pharmacist says that this contradicts the information given to him. He has personally now gone to get a script for an alternative treatment from my GP. Bayer is acting in a totally lasissez faire manner and do not have any concern for the products : there is clearly no corporate governance at the company they not answerable to the pharmacies or the consumers who have to use their medication.
