So I've written to complaints about Cell C and who ever is responsible to address these complaints is not helping at all. There is just no help was so ever, nil, zero, zilch.
I've been charged for a Hotspotter that I never took and as I've been doing a follow up on this requesting ind the superiors to call me I never got help on to be told that I will no get a refund as it's a month to month payment.
I took a data contract in which they added a hotspotter to it. I called them to ask about duplicate debit order. I was told to also email my bank statement and still the deduction continued. And their consultants I can't say much about them gosh.
I had previously wrote a review about Cell C about faulty sim I had received when i took a data sim. I was advised to buy a new sim which i did and i sent them the serial no. Since then I've never received any response. they are just debiting. I am not happy with their bad quality service. I want this issue resolved as i no longer want their services.
I took a data sim in March. I received a sim which did not work. I contacted them I was told to do a sim swap whi h I'm not happy about as it never worked from the beginning. So I got a new sim to do the sim swap and got to to pay for the sim swap. I've been paying for no service at all.
