I'M SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH PREDATOR & ITS SERVICE NOW๐ก๐ก๐ก I'VE LOST MY RESPECT AND INTEREST IN THIS PRODUCT & COMPANY!!! I've been told that my delivery would be today, made all my arrangements, made sure someone was at the delivery address the whole day, I hired a trailer & drove all the way from Romansbaai to come and pick it up.....only to be 'duped' by Predator. None of the company's personnel contacted me notifying of any delay and after i contacted them found out they only dropped off the package at the courier kiosk a few minutes before closing time. Whilst still busy trying to arrange to pick up the order myself all communication from the company's representative suddenly stopped, left messages & tried calling all numbers but no answer or response.....ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FROM PREDATOR AS IT IS TJAILA TIME. I preferred to pay 2k more for the same product & deal with Predator themselves rather than an agent to avoid any mishaps.....only to my surprise to be disappointed by Predator themselves๐
ABSOLUTELY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH HIFI CORP SOMERSET WEST. BOUGHT A iLIFE LAPTOP ABOUT 3MONTHS AGO, SINCE THEN HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND REGRET EVER SHOPPING AT THEM. HAS BEEN FAULTY SINCE WEEK 1, TOOK IT IN, THEY HAD IT REPAIRED. AFTER RECEIVING IT BACK IT WAS STILL FAULTY SO I TOOK IT BACK AGAIN!!! BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW BATTLING WITH THEM FOR SERVICE, DEMANDED A REFUND OR A NEW UNIT BUT THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN. CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE LUDWE AND STORE MANAGER CHARLENE HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I DONT WANT THE FAULTY UNIT!!! ILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER AND LAY A CHARGE AGAINST THE STORE. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
