Bad insurance company have an home owner insurance with them. I have log a claim regarding my gyser not heating up they send the plumber than he said its an element and he change it I paid the access. Then after two weeks same problem gyser not heating up the water I call them they send the plumber now he said it a thermostat but I need to pay another access I said to him it's doing the same thing it was doing so you need to use the same claim. When I call the Nedbank insurance they don't assist they keep on saying my line it's bad they will contact me but the don't.
I have called Nedbank regarding my interest rate which it was 11.25% and when reserve bank rise the repo rate they raise it to 12.75 and I need some clarity on that but they promise to call me back which they didn't call me and it's 7 working days waiting now.
I tried to call them several time regarding the car I want from them they said I must send my 3 months bank statement and 3 months pay slip which I did after that they don't reply to my WhatsApp msg
I have the problem with absa home loan as i have applied for a bond and they said i will qualify for 0.25 consension discount if i open an account with them. And that time i already give them my nedbank account but before the debit order date i open an absa account and ask them to chenge to absa and they did that on my first installment.Than i ask them to give me that 0.25 consesion discount they send me the prove that i have qualify for the discount. Then the following day they send me the email teeling me I'm not qualifiying they took back the 0.25 discount.
