YD Beauty Boutique, Cape Town, *****s!
I am a Graphic Designer who did the log and CI for the Salon named 'YD Beauty Boutique' in Cape Town. The owner ,Yolanda, only paid me for half of the word. Her argument was that I did not deliver on my original deadline time, which i did miss with a few days due to delays, She did accept and was satisfied with the entire branding package, then i has to asked her TWICE so tend me info for he company profile i had to design for her, she took days to reply! I sent it to her along with invoice for the the due balance, and she rep**** that she wont pay as i took too long, YET she gladly accepted ALL the files and profile i sent her, basically being dishonest and *****ing as a matter of fact. Easy to blame the designer for taking longer, when she also delayed on her side. Is this how she operates? Good luck...

Lasersmart Lipo Slimming, Boksburg... TERRIBLE MANNERSm from onwer, Ronel
Ronel, the owner of Lasersmart Lipo Slimming in 27 Reier Road, Atlasville, Boksburg, has sworn at me over the phone and using the F word etc, accusing me - her website developer - of not delivering 'what I promised'... She accused me of not completing the site AFTER she promised me months ago to send me some info for the other pages - she has to date not done it, and phone me at 22:50, Thursday night 14 October 2021 - and demanded a refund of what she paid and deletion of the website. She proceed with sending more whatsapp voicenotes, condecending and degrading me and my business. She has not listed her business on Google, she has not Social Media Marketing going and this website is also not on her Facebook Business page' contact details - and then she wonders why her website traffic is low? You can nto balme a website designer for everything... She basically expects her site to be up there ont eh first page without any off-site SEO. On her original quotation I mentioned 'basic SEO' which is only - as tech-savvy people know - a plugin with settings. I am shocked by the way she speaks and spoke to me. even before enquiring or calmly talking about what bothers her.
