Its absolutely impossible to get rid of these guys, after an excruciating 2 year agreement was concluded in may 2025, and notice given to the suppliers to terminate and remove their equipment from my site its now 4 months since written notice to terminate has been issued and still they charge for equipment not currently on rental. If you need to place any item on rental i would highly suggest you look at alternatives as this company is impossible to get rid of. They keep on altering small details in order to bypass a blocked debit order. What a disappointment to be dealing with such incompetence, reminds me of the old school Gym contracts that bound you for life if you refuse to jump through all their corporate jargon.

Listed on ITC for a DOG wash that turned into a tick invested animal. Horrible Horrible Horrible
Fur Buddies, whom is apparently a financial service provider that is not registered but in fact is a Pet grooming parlour (mobile). They were contracted to wash my Great dane, unfortunately after their (wash) my Great Dane got Ticks, i requested that the come out and resolve this mess, which they tried but failed, therafter they sent me an invoice, and get this they listed me on Transunion for a default....read that again, a company/1 man outfit can list someone on ITC for R320 without any sort of agreement, SLA, or dispute resolution...i am absolutely disgusted, If you want your pet groomed, rather just use someone thats a pet groomer and not someone that pretends to be a finance house.
