******** debit orders after cancelation. Impossible to get out of the agreement after completion
Its absolutely impossible to get rid of these guys, after an excruciating 2 year agreement was concluded in may 2025, and notice given to the suppliers to terminate and remove their equipment from my site its now 4 months since written notice to terminate has been issued and still they charge for equipment not currently on rental. If you need to place any item on rental i would highly suggest you look at alternatives as this company is impossible to get rid of. They keep on altering small details in order to bypass a blocked debit order. What a disappointment to be dealing with such incompetence, reminds me of the old school Gym contracts that bound you for life if you refuse to jump through all their corporate jargon.

We are very disappointed with this company. The school took a contract or rental agreement from July 2018,the term of the agreement was 60 months, but the company is still debiting the account of the school. This is a very poor school with no source of income that they are milking every month and they take time to provide answered and evidence of the reason why they are debiting the school account.It is worse because the machined that was rented from them was return to them lond time back wiht the settlemnt amount of money to close the account.The school is Gcinubuzwe Combined School in Jansenville.

Poor service!
Extremely poor service! This 3rd party finance company does not have the capacity to answer any questions related to my debit order and the way it is structured as well as the settlement amount should one decide to settle it before the end of the term. Constant empty promises and i still don’t have the answers. It has been back and forth from March 2023 and still to this date, no one could provide the necessary information i have been requesting. I would not recommend them.

Poor service!
Extremely poor service! I have had a harrowing experience with the rental company.Maybe Carte Blanche could be very interested to follow up on complaints against this unscrupulous company. My whole story will follow shortly

The Unrental Company
Appalling unethical company that hides behind devious contracts. I am assuming this company is run by professionals who have spent 5 to 7 years at university. So that they can, by working within the law and under the countries' financial bodies, make huge financial gain with very little effort to the detriment of their unwitting customers. Who does that?! It seems they also choose to work with equally unethical companies who have the same unscrupulous ethos. Their Christmas parties must be quite spectacular as they celebrate their bonus's and dividends.
