Poor service!

Extremely poor service!

This 3rd party finance company does not have the capacity to answer any questions related to my debit order and the way it is structured as well as the settlement amount should one decide to settle it before the end of the term.

Constant empty promises and i still don’t have the answers.

It has been back and forth from March 2023 and still to this date, no one could provide the necessary information i have been requesting.

I would not recommend them.
