COMMUNICATION.... WHAT COMMUNICATION????!!!!
Absolutely no response after multiple emails to Eileen James and the general email address. Received a reference number ##38422367## on October 14th and that I would be contacted back but still nothing..... Will be stopping the monthly debit order. Can put that money to better use elsewhere.

MEDSHIELD FOR LIFE CLIENT
<p>I joined Medshield in 2011 and was on the Mediplus option for several years. Last year my financial circumstances deteriorated substantially and I asked Medshield to change me to a cheaper option in the middle of the year. They obliged without an issue. This year my financial circumstances have worsened and I again asked Medshield to move me to the cheapest option Mediphila. They were understanding of my circumstances and did not make an issue out of having to change options twice in a six month period.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition, before I requested the change to Mediphila, for a month I did a substantial amount of research on other open scheme medical aids and realised that when I compared Medshield to any other scheme, Medshield still came out tops in terms of benefits and contributions.</p>
