I recently completed a vehicle claim and I’m very satisfied with the service. From the start, the emergency team was incredibly kind and compassionate. They checked if I was okay, asked about medical assistance, and showed genuine concern — something I’ll never forget, especially when you’re shaken after a serious collision. The claims process was clear and well communicated. The consultants were responsive, professional, and guided me through each step. While there were minor waiting periods, everything was handled efficiently and transparently. The settlement was fair and paid as promised. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I simply had to make an exception for Naked Insurance. From the moment my claim process began, I felt seen, supported, and truly taken care of. Erin and the entire team have been nothing short of angels on earth. Their responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism were evident in every single interaction — no long waits, no runarounds, just real people doing great work with heart. Even during moments where I was uncertain or stressed, Erin’s updates and reassurance brought peace of mind. Every detail was handled efficiently, from the initial claim to the follow-ups and finally retrieving my car, which looks fantastic. I have been with Naked Insurance since 2019, and it has been a great experience. The onboarding process was simple, and the Naked app is a game-changer. I’ve had two claims, both handled with professionalism and care. I once needed assistance for a flat battery, and help arrived within 15 minutes through the app. Naked Insurance has transformed short-term insurance, with no hidden excesses or surprises when claiming. I feel valued and have peace of mind knowing my risks are covered. I'm a very satisfied client.

Pleasure Claims Experience with Naked Insurance
There are not enough words to sum up the amount of gratitude I have right now. All I can is thank you for giving me a peace of mind and taking care of this claim so beautifully. This is my first claim since I joined 3 years ago. Submitting a claim via the app made things so easy and having to record a selfie video explaining what happened made it even easier. It took 14 days between the time the claim was submitted to the time it got finalised. I was also kept informed throughout. To say I am utterly impressed would be an understatement. I have often heard horror stories pertaining to some people's claim experiences and I am glad to say mine was pleasurable. Ngiyabonga kakhulu to Team Naked Insurance. You guys are fantastic.
