Ek het die 22st Augustus 2022 2 pare vellies bestel Ek het vanaf my bestel datum gebel en nadat ek my bestelling gekanseleer het, het ek die 1 paar gekry. Ek is ook aan gese om die eienaar te kontak en ek kom net nie reg nie. Elke keer as ek bel kan hulle nie verstaan hoekom my skoene nog nie uit is nie. Die beloftes dat die eienaar besig is met die bestelling en dat ek my skoene in 'n week sal kry, raak nou baie oud en af gesaag!!!!!!!!!Ek is gese en 'n foto was aan my gewatsup dat my skoen nie daar is nie maar ek kan 'n ander paar kry wat 'n biekie anders gelyk het as die wat ek bestel het. Niks het daarvan gekom nie. Ek het weer gebel vandag en geen antwoord gekry nie. So gat vol en sal nooit hulle aan beveel aan eninge iemand nie. Ek weet nie hoe kan hulle nog op facebook ens adverteer nie.
It has been nearly 2 weeks since I cancelled my order with velliesnou. I was told that the warehouse will get back to me. There is no phone number to follow up with. I need to email. I emailed On the 18th of October 2021, the 20th and again today. I have still no response form anyone.
We ordered some shoes on the 22nd of August 2021. Their promise in terms of their website is that they would ship the products to their client within 10-14 days of receipt of payment. Due to COVID and the looting that happened we understood that we might need to wait a bit long. Again a e-mail would have been appreciated. I tried to phone on numerous occasions majority of the calls was unanswered, the one lucky I did speak to the lady who answered the phone she told that there is back log and they are busy with their orders. I tried the owners cell number and it went straight to voice mail, I messaged him through whatsup with my request to urgently phone me regarding my order, Which was once again unanswered or acknowledged. We still have not received the shoes. I phone on the 12 of October 2021 and the lady confirmed that she will be able to phone back by yesterday, 14 October 2021, no phone call was received. I am very disappointed as the comments on their Facebook page looked so good that we decided to take a chance and buy is decent long lasting shoes. I contacted their office in Pretoria and sadly they could not assist me as they do not have access to the online order systems for their Nelspruit Office. After numerous unanswered phone calls to their land line, e-mails, messages through whatsup, Facebook messages, and now being very frustrated with their lack of service and no communication received, I cancelled my order and I was told that in terms of the website it will take 2 to 3 days to be reimbursed. I am not sure into which account will the money be deposited as I did not receive any correspondence requesting by banking details.
