My online script via getmypill.co.za was rejected on the 14th of October. I have requested for a refund from the company and had to consistently follow up with them via email. The landline number does not work. On the 16th I was advised that the refund will take up to 10 business days to reflect, today I am told that there is still a problem with payfast and its refund process. By far the most unprofessional and inconsistent online company that I have come across!
I requested and paid for a script via www.getmypill.co.za on the 14th of October. Script received an hour later via email. Name was incorrect, requested new script, received this morning. The script was rejected by the clinical nurse. I have sent through emails and tried to contact the practice on 011 2681963 numerous times and I am unable to get a response from getmypill.co.za! I am requesting for a refund as this website does not commit to what it says.
