I sold coins to scoin shop in January this year, I was told payment will be done within 30 business days. The payment is now way overdue and whenever i call the head office,I am put on hold or told someone will call me back. I emailed David and no repsonse was given. I eventually spoke to Sandra last week and she told me she will make sure my payment is made today which is Monday. Today i called the head office again and was told Sandra is gone for the week and will be in next week. This company is getting worse by the day. They have no way of dealing with their clients. I would not recommend doing business with Scoin Shop.
This is not my first time posting a negative review on this company. I recently sold a few coins back to the company and was told payment would be made within 30 days, excluding public holidays and weekends. Contract was signed and security call was received. It now past the 30 business days. I have called and emailed and all Allan had to say was that he does not handle payments, I should contact customer services. I contacted customer services, I was then told the matter will be escalated. Absolutely no explanation given. I had this exact issue with this company twice already. My last past was removed by the company, stating it was false. They sell us coins that don't grow in value, when we sell them back, we are paid half of the current value. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service from this company. They have absolutely no regard for their clients. I wont not advise anyone to do business with Scoin Shop.
I recently sold a few of my 1oz gold krugerrand coins to Scoin Shop. It was a buy-back sale. I was told payment would be made within 21 days, as per the documentation I had to sign...the 21 days past and then I was told I had signed the wrong documents and that the payment would be made after 30 days not 21 days. I didn't have a problem, I left it. The payment date came, and I was then only given half of my amount with an email that stated half was paid...no reason or explanation for this was given to me. I called customer care and was then informed that the balance would be paid the following Friday. That Friday came and went, and still I have not received my balance or any type of communication from the company. I have sent numerous emails with no response. This is not the first time Scoin Shop is delaying in paying and there seems to be absolutely no respect for their clients anymore. It went from 7 days to 21 days, then 30 days...now I'm wondering if the company is in financial trouble and why exactly do I now need to beg for my own money ,yet again! I would not advise anyone to invest in this company. At this point, I actually regret investing in Scoin.
I have always been assisted by Natalia Govender at the Scoin Shop in Durban, the Pavilion branch, as well as the Gateway branch, and her service is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help her clients make the right decisions regarding their purchases, always informs me of any new promotions and products. It is always an absolute pleasure going into the Gateway branch and being assisted by Natalia! She's such a pleasant person to deal with.
I recently purchased coins from the Scoin Shop in Gateway, Durban and was assisted by Natalia. Her service provided was outstanding, I purchased the coins as an investment for my daughters and she helped me with selecting the best coins. I had no hassles at all. I would highly recommend visiting the store in Gateway and speaking to Natalia, her customer service is such a pleasant experience.
Hi, I have done business with this store numerous times and each time has been the most pleasant experience. The store is always in prestige condition. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I purchased coins for both my kids as an investment. The lady, Natalia was so helpful. It's always such a pleasure to deal with the Scoin Shop.
