Had an issue with my Uber order gone wrong. Thier store sent an incoreect parcel claiming that was my order according to the driver. I called the store number, hoping to resolve the matter, that I thought as a loyal supportive customer, who spends approx R2000 per month at the store, would be able to assist. They said call Uber to get a refund.... I was so wrong, hungry and empty spend as we cant have dinner due to thier error on my R600 order. Now wait for refund, hungry. Please be careful, as this was not my first issue when ordering from this store.....somethings not right. Lost a customer due to poor customer service, deriliction to resolve. #Sorry but its too much now.
Missed a debit order payment, once only, having been a DialDirect customer for over 16years. Dial direct staff and management was unable to arbitrate a fair case despite the global pandemic impacting financial income, late payments. They stuck by thier pre-covid19 policy mandating that I should have made the payment....Sorry Dial direct I was too busy trying to stay alive in the covid 19 pandemic. Dial direct has no customer interest at heart. Their practices are antiquated, staff are not equipped to handle the situation and simply don't care attitude.... listen public! Please check your policy and stop supporting Dial direct, it's simple......you won't get anything out !
