How bad can customers service be....
I would like to find out if anyone that has bought from Retail Spree 101 has had any positive experience with them. I bought a sneaker for my son online on 5 December and still have not received my goods or received any feedback from them on my order after attempts to make contact with them via email and WhatsApp. Their shipping policy state up to 72 hours but it's been 14 days since I placed my order. I read the background story on the reason for this business and I thought it was such an awesome initiative but not so sure anymore if they cannot deliver on service or give feedback to customers. This leaves me with one question, is this a legit business or a scheme to rip off customers?

Never use Vodacom as they lack customer service
I had a 4G contract in place and the fibre was eventually installed in our area. Salespeople were going door to door selling the packages. The salesperson that assisted me told me that because I was an existing customer, it was very easy to just upgrade my 4G contract to a Fibre contract with no hassle and he filled out a form with my details giving me the assurance that my contract will just be automatically changed. Now a few months later I find out I am paying for 2 contracts and that not one of them can be cancelled. I was sold the fibre contract under false information as I was told my old contract could be upgraded and I cannot afford to pay for both contracts. I made contact with the department that handles the fibre and they referred me to the 4G department as they said they could not cancel. I made contact with 4G and they also said the same and referred me to customer care. I mailed customer care twice - first on 15/10/2021 and then again on 21/10/2021) and still no response from them. When I called on 15/10/2021 they gave me the reference number but to date, nobody from Vodacom has bothered to make contact. As I mentioned I cannot afford both contracts and would like assistance to either cancel one contract or discontinue both my contracts and go to another service provider that can give me better service. I will never recommend them to anyone. If anyone can please help I would appreciate it.
