Got a SMS today 20th June 2021. They used Mr Delivery who unfortunately got very lost but had the sense to phone me delivery made by 20:00

No customer service. Scammers
Bought the model railway collection edition no99 never arrived. Paid for the locomotive never received it. Contacted them, sorry out of print can't help. Won't even refund cannot complete the layout because of the section that's missing.

Issue No 99 – am I ever going to receive this as I cannot complete my layout without it??????? The engine – this I have paid for – what is happening about this?????????? This has being going on for over a year and still no resolution

Never return calls
I called The Innovation Group in December 2014 for the repair to my dish washer and now this is March 2015 and still NO ONE HAS PHONED ME BACK I have been calling every day for the last week trying to get a resolution. Answer we will phone you back - WHEN. Today I phoned again the person I spoke to is working under supervision, guess what he can't help me so I ask for the person who is supervising him - and they are not available. WHEN WILL SOMEONE PHONE ME BACK???
