VFS Global CT, TERRIBLE experience in Dec when the front office agent in their ignorance/arrogance changed the date of entry into Europe on the visa form and when we realised (only once visa had been issued) the incorrect entry date, we were told we had to start the whole process from SCRATCH (8 days before departure flight, another 32 pages and R3000 fees later). Just so we could have a visa with the entry date we had originally put on the visa application form. SO MUCH STRESS
Webafrica provides appalling service via their Whatsapp chat with responses which can be 15-20 mins between messages and some chats lasting hours, no info sharing when they transfer you to another area means you have to type the same thing over and over and huge delays to get assistance with recent internet reconnection/house move. ALSO UNAUTHORISED DEBIT OFF MY CARD ACCOUNT
No one at the ticket sales booths, no people in the collect booths, 40 mins late for movie as we had to collect 3D glasses
