I spent 20+ minutes on a call trying to speak to a consultant to no avail. Their AI robot said a consultant will call me back. Its been hours even now no one has reached out to me. I sent an email about this issue only for them to tell me they can't find my account number. Mind you an account number I've been using for the past 2 years suddenly disappeared on their end. When they eventually found my details using my ID Number they said my account is arrears therefore they have suspended it and their email also states, payments should be made before the 5th of March else risk suspension. Today is the 3rd of March so why suspend my account? Added to that my account is up to date, in fact I have been overpaying. I work from home therefore this is an inconvenience. They have zero urgency to assist with queries. Goodluck trying to get ahold of them.
