Last Sunday I ordered and paid for 2 things, a laundry basket and a spice grinder, a few moments later I recieved an email that the laundry basket is nit in stock they will refund me my money... I have made endless calls to the customer services helpline trying to find out when will I get my money back as I would recieve two emails per day on my refund being on the way... When I called to find our feedback on the grinder the delivery date had changed from a couple of says to 11 days later since I'll be travelling i asked that my entire order is cancelled.. The customer service agents would promise to get back to me a Dulce, but she never did, eventually I asked to be put through to the manager.. mpumelelo ntuli, she assured me she will revert back to me and cancelled my order and asked me to sent confirmation of account from my bank before end of business day... then I'll recieve payment the next day.. The payment never came through when I tried calling her today leaving over 20 missed calls, she simply ignored me even after 35 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to her, she refused to take my call telling the customer service agent my payment had been processed she is going to find our with finance... Two hours later she's yet to get back to me nor take my calls... this has been a nightmare and anxiety inducing... I'm so saddened that even the managers don't care about their customers its even more alarming going to their Facebook page seeing how many people are aggrieved with this company that cannot be bothered... I hate Leroy Merlin and I regret ever buying anything from them online I thought they were a legit website it seems not
A week ago I sent them a text with my order as usual, I only recieved a response two days later, and this is a supplier that I have been using for my soap supplies, there has been challenges that stemmed from delays with the courier service she uses but I resolved it with them.. to sending me wrong soap moulds I couldn't return because I was in the middle of a big soap order.. she promised the credits that I had to constantly remind her to minus from my order... Last week she delayed in sending out my order then told me she's busy and doesn't like my attitude of always following up with requests for quotes, when u took her I also don't like her because she's unprofessional and ****** she blocked me on whatsapp, then my order came with missing items and she promised to send me a refund with pleasure that was two days ago, no apology, she now ignores my emails for my refund... She wouldnt have taken the approach of speaking down at me if I was white, because I'm black I'm not supposed to complain when I recieve poor service..
