Hi I'm writing this to you today about a bad experience, I'm receiving at Sunrise Beach Resort on the 29th October 2021. It is appalling to witness such a bad customer service of such a respected company Booking.com. We booked for the weekend 29th to 31st October 2021 when we arrive at the venue there's an electricity issue that they knew about on the 28th October 2021 of which they did not inform us prior and offer us an alternative. We had to deal with a lady who was rude to us than giving us a solution. The place they are offering us is not in good standard we are not happy with the service. I trust that this is not the way booking.Com does business and that you will mention my concern. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely Pearl
