We booked a table in January for July 27nth I was told I could arrive an hour earlier to set up (11:00) because the party starts at 12 that Saturday I'm told to arrive at 11:00 and start the party as we are only given 3 hours meaning I don't have time to setup. Non of which was communicated before. We where given a small table even though I bought a platter which was too big for the table. I'm highly disappointed in the service I received having travelled from Klerksdorp. I appreciate the manager trying to make the experience blissful but I wouldn't go there again
I would not recommend Herotel at all. The customer service is extremely bad. You will be promised a callback but nothing. We have been without network since last week Thursday when they sent a message about maintenance till today 11 August. I've sent countless emails, my husband has gone to their local branch, even spoke to them on WhatsApp and called but till today nothing. They sent over people who took pictures and said they couldn't the maintenance team should be available to come assist toll today no communication at all. We don't know what else to do we even asked to cancel our contract nothing . I asked of its because we live in the township
Refusing to give family information on a patient even the husband doesn't have information on the condition of the mother and child since last night
Last year I wrote one subject in N5 and did 4 in N6 I passed all my modules but the school is giving me problems when I have to get my statements. The lady who is in charge of distributing the statements does not to respond to any WhatsApp messages or doesn't arrive to work when she needs to. The whole of February I had been running around asking them for m statements. I had to go and apply ar another college to get my Statement of results. Even as I type this I still have not gotten a call from them.
We got the 5G router on Thursday 28 October 2021 activated it on Friday.. We having been sending requests to get a call back we also called them but the technical guys have not yet returned our call.. They said they would no longer be answering any emails from my husbands email address
