There's alot that's is happening in this company people are becoming learner for morthan 2 years and they don't pay hospital letter even when you complain no one who will help you. They undermine employees rights. The favourism is too much especially their management.They don't mind to deduct uniform money when you claim it they won't entertain your pay quiry. The manangent won't approve your leave without paying drink. The treatment is not equal depend on who you are and what you do for them it's painful to a point where by when you report to the owner of the company you becoming a bad person and you will get fired. Apcan doesn't provide a good service to their employees. They don't mind to charge you a site because you didn't give that particular person what he wants. They don't mind to take you to go and cover the site and leave you there till midnight as long as they use you after that they don't care either you will manage to get transport or not. When you get injured on duty they they won't pay you instead they will ask one of the guards to take out the uniform and throw you outside the site yard. Apcan use people for their own benefits and they don't give people the basic salary you will be leaner untill u decide to leave. THEY REGISTER PEOPLE WITH GRADE C AS A LEANER WHILE YOU HAVE THE GRADES AND PSIRA. I hope one day hello Peter will fix them nicely thank you
