Preferred Art materials supplier
I am always amazed at how well stocked this art store is.. I often shop for art supplies and sometimes end up at different suppliers.. This store has been consistently cheaper (for the same brands) as everyone else out there.

Running Flat with Mercedes Constantia Berg
Purchased a battery with a 2 year warranty from them , when the battery prematurely developed a problem they could not honour the warranty.. still 5 weeks and counting.. firstly they had to test the battery , now they are waiting for the manager to return from vacation.

NedBank ‘ it is the way it is’
Month end with two tellers haggling with two clients .One elderly client in the queue asked the manager and she said ‘it is the way it is’.. basically telling him to take a hike. Another elderly said that this happens every month end ‘they don’t care about their clients’

Dismal Service
Slowest bank ! Queue standing still only one cashier .. elderly people had to leave as they could not wait..
