This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations with delectable game and domestic meat dishes. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! It’s a great experience.
Customer Retention hinges on delivering a great customer experience. #DaleFromPaxi: Talk about MY absolute worst customer service experience at Paxi for the past 10 weeks 🙄I had vowed not to do any business with the company ever again! As a ‘new kid on the block’ kinda Courier Service Company, I expected them to be delivering exceptional customer service. But unfortunately that was not the case with my parcel sent from Cape Town to Jhb🙄(for some unknown reason it ended up @Dbn hub🤷🏻♀️it literally took Paxi 10 weeks to deliver my parcel to the designated destination (at first I understood rerouting of a parcel extends the delivery timeline, but 10 weeks is absolutely ridiculous to say the least) Delivery status update checks was included into my DAILY schedule (via WhatsApp chat bot, online website check, via Facebook inbox and direct calls) each day I was provided with different status updates (using jargon only to be understood by Paxi employees 🙄) each time an agent would promise to escalate the matter & revert with feedback, each time I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth 😏 That all changed last Tuesday when as per-norm I called the Paxi customer care line (expecting the same excuses & promises I’ve been fed for weeks) An agent by the name of DALE (surname not provided, as he said he’s the only Dale @Paxi customer service 🙃) He changed my real-life bad experience, into an awesome customer experience. Dale managed to rectify the 10 weeks of nightmare bad service in less than an hour💃🏼in a single call 👌and proceeded to keeping me informed & updated on the progress of my query for 72 hours! My expectations were finally met, I didn’t have to repeat the myself or the information, he was empathetic to my nightmarish experience, escalated the matter to the relevant channels (kept me on the loop at all times & explained processes he needed to adhere to in order to locate my parcel & resolve my query ,All in a single call) I’m super stoked that within 72 hours,I’ve finally received my delivery pin # from Paxi as Dale had made it his personal mission to put a smile on my face 🙂 (even though my parcel had 1 item missing 😭💔) I was one-click away from posting devastatingly negative review. Thank you once again Dale (awesome customer service agent) for leaving great impression! #YoungLadDeservesABells 😉 #PaxiMustUseDaleAsATrainingFacilitator😉
