Bad service
Hi store Maponya Mall has zero customer service. I took my notebook in on the 7th of September 2023 for a motherboard replacement because mine was ******. I took this store a year a 2 weeks to return my notebook. I literally got my laptop on the18th of September 2024. It literally took these people 12 months to fix my notebook. Worst part of all this, I had to constantly call for an update no one from the store had the decency to update me. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

BAD SERVICE
I am not happy with the service I received from Snatcher. I bought a smar****ch from them only to find that it is faulty. I returned the device on the 27th. I still haven't received any communication regarding the replacement of the item. I am truly disappointed with the service.
