They are deducting money from my account and I don't have a contract with them I don't even have a debit order mandate with them...they don't respond calls and emails it's been 4 months
Can't dispute debit orders on my banking app and online banking...call the customer care on to be kept on the line for over 20 minutes 3times in a row
My account was blocked is been over 3 years now they say I withdraw R250k they suspect fraud? How can I withdraw money that I don't have didn't even appear in my statements? You have been investigating for 3 years and I need money that was deposited in my account by a client
