Car and household insurance
Kaelin Govender is a God send. We reviewed my policy and also added my household cover and instead of an increase I got a drastic decrease with also the added household contents. WOW I am so grateful to Kaelin for his patience and support and to Pineapple Insurance for the excellent service 🙌

RUS CREDIT CLEAR
RUS CREDIT CLEAR are *******, they disguise the debt review with a promise of "negotiating you interest rates with your creditors" They have now debited me twice amounts of R12 315.00, Tarryn tarryn@ruscreditclear.co.za, doesn't respond to emails but she reads them (I have read receipts) Ebrahim promised to get the refund process started but has done nothing thus far. They only sent the cancellation of debit order mandate on the 1st July after I sent email of cancellation on the 12th of July. I have now logged my complaint with the National Credit Regulators and hope they intervene as I was told there is no such thing as cancellation fee for cancelling debt counseling. Please pray for me, I have so many unpaids due to insufficient funds because these people took all my funds. Owner serajarnold@icloud.com

Do not trust RUS credit clear
This is the WORST company ever. Total *******. I cancelled after a month they kept the first R12315.00 then after being assured that I have been cancelled and no debit order was going to happen now they have debited me again R12 315.00 these people are ****s. The very first phone call was said to me that this would be a reduction in interest rates instead of debt counseling. After reading these reviews I pray to God that I get my refund or my creditors won't be paid.
