These people are ****mers do not share your information with them. They will destroy your financial life. They are *****ulent and you won't even be able to get ahold of them. They ****med me and placed me under debt review. The NCR is taking long to respond. If you have been ****med also go and open a ******** case because that is what I am going to do now. The owner is Seraj Arnold his debt counselling registration number NCRDC2709 If he was running a legit business why are all the numbers not reachable?

Debt review
I receive the call from sibu telling me that I am paying too much on my account and she said she will be reducing my debt. Not explaining to me that I will be indur debt review. I can afford my debts I don't need that. She also gave me wrong contact number where I should contact but she doesn't even answer. Other contact is not going through i need this to be cancel. I feel that this is a **** please I need to be contacted as soon as possible this is really ****

Debt review
I receive the call from sibu telling me that I am paying too much on my account and she said she will be reducing my debt. Not explaining to me that I will be indur debt review. Rus Credit Clear ****MERS
****MERS! They *****ulently forced me into debt counselling. All my bank accounts are blocked. They falsely presented themselves as SA Credit Clear which is a legitimate company & no affiliation with Rus Credit Clear. Be very careful of these people.

****MERS! They *****ulently forced me into debt counselling. All my bank accounts are blocked. They falsely presented themselves as SA Credit Clear which is a legitimate company & no affiliation with Rus Credit Clear. Be very careful of these people.

RUS CREDIT CLEAR IS A *****ULANT COMPANY - STAY AWAY
I got a call from Sibu, telling me that my creditors are charging me high interest rate, which is against the law. I asked her then how can they get away with this and her response was they do it because we the people that take a loan does not have access to the NRC system so they charge what they want, until NRC checks and then they write letters to all creditors saying they need to reduce the interest rate. She asked for me to sign a form so that she as NRC can send my creditors letters on my behalf, I did that, then she said I must accept the debit from my bank for R3900+ when I asked her why she said so that the creditors will have to take a lower amount per month. Yesterday I received a call from someone else, saying that my name has been flag on the credit bureau and that I signed and agreed to it, I signed for her to merely send letters to the creditors. Now I can't get ahold of her on WhatsApp. My lawyers gave me all their email address and telephone number and said I must send them an email telling them to cancel and remove the flag, if they do not do it, he will be taking further steps against this company that pretends to be NCR when in fact they are Rus Credit Clear.. Mt credit record is amazing so why would they do this, also who gave them the rights to check my personal detail, what happened to the POPPI Act.. If you get a call regarding your credit put the phone down and call NRC yourself. These people and the company are busy with ***** and they are ruining peoples name. SHAME ON YOU SIBU and RUS CREDIT CLEAR for false advertising. As per my email remove the flag and send me a certificate that my name is clear. You have 7 working days to do this or we will be suing you SIBU in your personal capacity as well as the RUS Credit clear.. You take one day to flag us but a life to amend your **** that you caused to people. Government has to be informed about this *****ulent company and how they infringe on peoples privacy and rights. DO NOT WORK WITH ANYONE CLAIMING TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR INTERST RATES, RATHER IF YOU ARE IN TROUBLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND CHOOSE A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Be careful of Debt Management!
Watch out for these sharks, if you are in debt, look at other means and alternatives before you get a call from these people telling you that you have no other option but to go with them. HUGE mistake!! They don't do anything but ruin your credit score, and put you even further in debt, there is no accountability what so ever, and they hit you with hidden fees when they "Negotiate a better payment plan with your debtors" Whatever you do, don't give this company a chance to sucker you into a debt management solution, you will regret it.

The new management that they are under is amazing, they made me aware of the situation that was going on, I gave them consent to open my credit report which was free , they aren’t a third party, Nathan explained it to me an I’m so grateful to be under them.
