This company rob people their financial freedom lives, I paid up my debts and nowhere to be found to clear my name. Even NCR is not able to help with clearing our names.

Poor and unfriendly service
I went to Chicken Licken Boulders Mall in Midrand and the service was really bad. I got there on the 5.5.2022 time 17:40 PM got to the counter placed my order and the cashier lady told me that "there's a delay of 15minutes on orders am I willing to wait?" I said yes meaning I will be out before 18:00 PM to my surprise after 6PM I was still there waiting for the order with other customers and we started chit chatting about the time we've been waiting, we (customers) decided to go and ask what was happening, the two ladies at the counter unfriendly face just said the meat is still in the oven, then I said but you said I must wait 15minutes, that time has passed where is my order, she said wait 8 more minutes. We waited with other customers 8 Minutes passed 18:30 PM we were still waiting !8:40 two ladies (customers) said they want to cancel the order, then I asked the cashier to call the manager she ignored me, I had to request again for the manager, cashier just screamed the manager's name and continued to assist incoming customers. I even said "your manager is just like the chicken that is not coming out of the oven, please call your manager" the cashier went at the back to call the manager but before she left she said " Sengi la" meaning I am fed up. They eventually came out together and the chicken was also out we said our complaints to the manager and she only apologized even after telling her about the poor and unfriendly service received. They just need to improve how to communicate with customers and be friendly as well

Bad funeral claim service.
I am soo frustrated by old mutual, I want nothing to do with it ever. I recently did a funeral claim on the 6 July 2021, I was told I will receive money in 48 Hours till to date I am running around to get the money, I was asked for affidavit which I did and emailed on the 16.07.2021 still no money, no response. I have been calling with my airtime and visited the branch with my own petrol all these unnecessary costs and still no response. OM is really poor in service they don't care about their clients all they want is people's money. I have decided to cancel all my policies with them, to my surprise they will have to deduct R5 for my pension fund from now which will increase annually until the age of 65. Yhoo I really am disappointed. What can I do to get this matter resolved?
