These people are ****mers do not share your information with them. They will destroy your financial life. They are *****ulent and you won't even be able to get ahold of them. They ****med me and placed me under debt review. The NCR is taking long to respond. If you have been ****med also go and open a ******** case because that is what I am going to do now. The owner is Seraj Arnold his debt counselling registration number NCRDC2709 If he was running a legit business why are all the numbers not reachable?
I did a claim for my savings on the 29th of December 2025. I knew that this money is going to be used I'm telling you till today 14 Jan 2026. I haven't received my money. I mean they said 5 working days. I am really dissapointed and this shows me that in times of trouble I can't depend on Sanlam. I need to move asap. Imagine if it was for a funeral where would I have been? The reason we have savings it's because it is for emergency now we must go to loan sharks. What was the whole point ?
The MTN in Zevenwacht mall Kuilsrivier Cape Town are horrible. They are never helpful rather dismissive to customers. I went to go claim for insurance they threw forms and said I must fill it in and sent it through myself. This is not my first encounter with them unfortunately customer services require pleasant and polite agents. They are not doing us a favour.
I am really disspointed in their customer care telephonically. We have been trying to call to make a confirmation for a booking which is tomorrow. The telephonic agents are mean and keep claiming to forward us to reservations department which then ends in the call being dropped.
Very dissapointed that we have been waiting on the line for about an hour. Then the tills get rebooted during this wait. I mean you guys know by now the influx of people at month end you can't have only 2 tills operating. They also very slow. Per customer they spend about 10 minutes.
