I ordered for a Smeg Toaster on September 26th and got a confirmation on 27th that my order is been processed.I followed up on my order on 14th October and received a reply on 15th stating the product was damaged during transit and can be refunded or resend.I opted for resend and promised me delivery on the 19th.I have been waiting since and in the meanwhile I followed up on mail and no response.Now when I check the website ..its under maintanece ,the landline doesn't exist neither the cell number.Only then I started doubting and started to check on the net, to find out there are a lot people who have been cheated... :-( I now see a new website Graysontrading.com with the same kind of web design Frugilee had, same kind Pretoria address... Guys be careful..Dont know how we can report them
